Shipping

GreenDesign currently ships to the continental United States. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Shipping days may be adjusted when necessary to help protect plants from extreme weather conditions.

We carefully package each plant to help protect it during transit. Because plants are living products, they may experience minor changes during shipping, such as temporary drooping or slight cosmetic changes. These can occur even with careful packaging and are not necessarily an indication that a plant is unhealthy.

Weather & Shipping Conditions

Because plants are living products, GreenDesign monitors weather conditions when preparing orders for shipment. When necessary, we may adjust shipping timing to help protect your plant from extreme temperatures.

Additional weather protection may be available when appropriate.

Carrier Delays, Damage & Lost Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping conditions, handling, delays, and lost packages are outside of GreenDesign's control.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.
