Shipping policy

We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via UPS with tracking. Customers may choose upgraded shipping options at checkout when available.

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to help ensure plants spend minimal time in transit over weekends. Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following shipping week.

During periods of extreme weather, we reserve the right to delay shipment until conditions are safer for the plant. Winter protection may be required for shipments during colder temperatures.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information. GreenDesign is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or delays caused by weather or circumstances outside our control.
