I had such a great experience purchasing my Alocasia Melo Albo from Ann. The plant was packaged extremely safely and securely, and it arrived with no damage. I did pay for one-day shipping, but I was still very impressed with how well the plant handled transport and how beautiful it looked right out of the box. The plant looked exactly like the listing photos, and the variegation is absolutely stunning in person. I couldn’t be happier with the plant I received.
I’ve also emailed Ann with a few questions and concerns, and she has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She took the time to answer my questions in detail and gave me thoughtful advice instead of just sending a quick response, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the plant and the customer service. I would definitely purchase from this shop again and highly recommend. :)
